WHAT IF MY CLOGS OR CORK SANDALS DON'T FIT?  

FREE EXCHANGES 

 If your clogs or cork sandals do not fit the way you want them to, we are happy to
exchange them for the appropriate size, as long as they are in an unworn
condition. To keep your clogs or cork sandals in an unworn condition, please
make sure that they are worn indoors until you have decided to make an
exchange. We offer free return shipping for exchanges for US customers.
Sandgrens will ship the exchange clogs and/or cork sandals, at no additional
cost, up to 30 days from the order confirmation email. Make sure to measure
your feet to get a perfect size, if unsure, please reach out to us and we will
help you.

How do I start my exchange?

Please click the "request a return" button at the bottom of
this page. You will need your order number and the email used during the
purchase to start a request. Once the request is sent, you will receive further
email notifications and directions on how to send the clogs and/or cork sandals
back to us. 

How do I pack my exchange?

The items should be returned in their original
packaging.  Please avoid damaging the original packaging by returning
the clogs and/or cork sandals and shoebox double-boxed. Please do not tape on
the original Sandgrens Box, this makes it impossible for us to reuse it. 
A chargeback fee of USD 10 will be applied if the clogs are not properly
packaged or if the Sandgrens box is taped or otherwise damaged, preventing it
from being reused. This is part of our initiative to minimize waste as we
strive to reuse our boxes. Sandgrens reserves the right to deny a
return or exchange if clogs and/or cork sandals are improperly packaged upon
return. Clogs that are denied will be shipped back to the customer at the
customer’s expense.The return address will be provided in the email
notifications sent with the approval of your exchange request. 

Which clogs do not qualify for an exchange?

Custom-made clogs and clogs discounted from 40% and up do not qualify
for a return or exchange.

RETURNS

Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days after the order confirmation
was provided, as long as the clogs and/or cork sandals are in an unworn
condition. To keep your clogs and/or cork sandals in an unworn condition,
please make sure that they are worn indoors until you have decided that they
will not be returned. The customer is responsible for the return shipping on
returns. Original shipping charges at the time of ordering are nonrefundable
unless a clog or cork sandal manufacturing defect applies. Sandgrens
will make the finial decision if a manufacturer defect applies on returned
orders. You may ship the clogs back to Sandgrens via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

WARRANTY 

At Sandgrens Clogs we guarantee that all of our products are
free from clog manufacturing defects. If your clogs or clog boots are found to
have any manufacturer defects, we will gladly replace your clogs/boots at no
cost to you.

Important information: Our leather and wooden clog bases
are natural materials with unique grain patterns. The leather and wood bases
may therefore have inconsistencies, as well as behave and react different ways
to various external factors. Inconsistencies due to natural materials and
unique grain patterns are not eligible for warranty claims.  For example,
chips and/or cracks can occur on wood clog bases from striking hard surfaces.
These surfaces include but are not limited to, concrete, curbs, and/or stairs.
Wood chips or cracks occurring in such ways are not covered by our warranty
guarantee. Similarly, our vegetable-tanned leather may make noise as
it's rubbing against your skin before the leather breaks in.
