If your clogs or cork sandals do not fit the way you want them to, we are happy toexchange them for the appropriate size, as long as they are in an unworncondition. To keep your clogs or cork sandals in an unworn condition, pleasemake sure that they are worn indoors until you have decided to make anexchange. We offer free return shipping for exchanges for US customers.Sandgrens will ship the exchange clogs and/or cork sandals, at no additionalcost, up to 30 days from the order confirmation email. Make sure to measureyour feet to get a perfect size, if unsure, please reach out to us and we willhelp you.
Please click the "request a return" button at the bottom ofthis page. You will need your order number and the email used during thepurchase to start a request. Once the request is sent, you will receive furtheremail notifications and directions on how to send the clogs and/or cork sandalsback to us.
The items should be returned in their originalpackaging. Please avoid damaging the original packaging by returningthe clogs and/or cork sandals and shoebox double-boxed. Please do not tape onthe original Sandgrens Box, this makes it impossible for us to reuse it. A chargeback fee of USD 10 will be applied if the clogs are not properlypackaged or if the Sandgrens box is taped or otherwise damaged, preventing itfrom being reused. This is part of our initiative to minimize waste as westrive to reuse our boxes. Sandgrens reserves the right to deny areturn or exchange if clogs and/or cork sandals are improperly packaged uponreturn. Clogs that are denied will be shipped back to the customer at thecustomer’s expense.The return address will be provided in the emailnotifications sent with the approval of your exchange request.
Custom-made clogs and clogs discounted from 40% and up do not qualifyfor a return or exchange.
Returns will only be accepted up to 30 days after the order confirmationwas provided, as long as the clogs and/or cork sandals are in an unworncondition. To keep your clogs and/or cork sandals in an unworn condition,please make sure that they are worn indoors until you have decided that theywill not be returned. The customer is responsible for the return shipping onreturns. Original shipping charges at the time of ordering are nonrefundableunless a clog or cork sandal manufacturing defect applies. Sandgrenswill make the finial decision if a manufacturer defect applies on returnedorders. You may ship the clogs back to Sandgrens via USPS, UPS or FedEx.
At Sandgrens Clogs we guarantee that all of our products arefree from clog manufacturing defects. If your clogs or clog boots are found tohave any manufacturer defects, we will gladly replace your clogs/boots at nocost to you.
Important information: Our leather and wooden clog basesare natural materials with unique grain patterns. The leather and wood basesmay therefore have inconsistencies, as well as behave and react different waysto various external factors. Inconsistencies due to natural materials andunique grain patterns are not eligible for warranty claims. For example,chips and/or cracks can occur on wood clog bases from striking hard surfaces.These surfaces include but are not limited to, concrete, curbs, and/or stairs.Wood chips or cracks occurring in such ways are not covered by our warrantyguarantee. Similarly, our vegetable-tanned leather may make noise asit's rubbing against your skin before the leather breaks in.
